What is Sofwave?
Sofwave is an energy-based lifting device that uses Synchronous Ultrasound Parallel Beam technology (SUPERB). Instead of focusing ultrasound to small points, it sends multiple parallel beams that heat a band of tissue in the mid-dermis, about 1.5 mm below the surface. This depth is where much of the skin's collagen sits, so heating it triggers new collagen and elastin.
An integrated cooling system protects the skin surface during treatment. Sofwave is often chosen for fine lines, mild laxity and overall firmness on the face and neck, and it is one of the options in our skin tightening range alongside deeper-acting HIFU such as Ultherapy.
