What are filler dissolving injections?
Filler dissolving injections contain hyaluronidase, an enzyme that breaks down hyaluronic acid, the main ingredient in most modern fillers. When injected into an area with filler, it helps the body absorb the gel much faster than it would naturally. At Egg Clinic this treatment is also known as Hyalase. It is a quick, minimally invasive way to correct a result you are not happy with.
Dissolving is used when filler looks overdone, has moved, created lumps or a bluish tint, or no longer suits your face. It is also used urgently if filler affects blood flow.
